Alunė acts solely as an authorized reseller and distributor of Cheerdots products.
We do not claim ownership, intellectual property, or trademark rights over the Cheerdots brand, technology, or product designs.

All warranties, technical specifications, and intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Cheerdots Inc.
Any product performance concerns or warranty claims will be handled in accordance with Cheerdots’ official warranty and service policies.

 

 

4. Prices and Payment Methods

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We accept secure payments through Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and major credit or debit cards.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

5. Shipping, Taxes, and Customs

We ship orders worldwide.
Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the selected courier.

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for paying all applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon delivery.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

  • Failure to pay customs fees may result in delays or the return of the package; Alunė is not responsible for such cases.

 

 

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

By purchasing from Alunė, you agree to the following:

  • You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • For defective or incorrect orders, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at alune.coo@gmail.com.

Cancellations are only accepted before shipment. Once an order is dispatched, it may no longer be canceled but can still be returned under our refund policy.
